Tech Tip Of The Week 4/11/14: Transition

You may feel overwhelmed or confused in this transition period before we switch to Gmail.  

We suggest that you take some time to practice, play, and get used to Gmail now before First Class is shut down on July 1st.

You cannot break it. You will just become more familiar with it.  

Here are a few things you can start doing now so you won’t panic on July 1st.

• Use Gmail's Fetch feature to transfer your emails to Gmail
• Export your Contacts
• Start notifying people that your work email is changing as of July 1st

Once your emails and contacts are in Gmail, you can start using it on a regular basis and feel comfortable once we officially make the switch.
